Great location just outside town, with easy access to a park and ride, making it convenient for exploring the area. The chalet was clean and well-maintained, with all the amenities needed for a comfortable stay. The communication with the host was excellent, and the provision of bread, butter, and milk was a nice touch.
The immediate roads around the chalet were busy and didn't have footpaths, making it unsafe for walking. This meant that we had to rely more on the car than we would have liked.

I recently stayed at the 2 Bed Detached Chalet Number 144 and had a great experience. The location was perfect for exploring the area, and it was only a short drive to Dartmouth harbor. The chalet itself was cozy and had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The communication with the owner was excellent, and they were very responsive to any questions I had. Upon arrival, there was a lovely surprise of a pint of milk, a loaf of bread, and a pack of butter waiting for me. It was such a thoughtful touch after a long drive. I had a wonderful time and would definitely recommend this chalet for a home away from home experience.

The chalet was a perfect base for exploring the area, with supermarkets nearby and a great pub at the top of the hill. We loved that there was ample parking on site and that the host provided a loaf of bread, butter, and a pint of milk upon arrival, making us feel at home. The location was also ideal, close to Dartmouth harbor and just a 10-minute drive away.
That the immediate roads were too dangerous to walk along, without footpaths, so we had to rely more on our car than we would have liked. However, street parking in Dartmouth was quite easy.

Great location, close to everything we wanted to see and do. The communication with the host was fantastic from the beginning to the end. They were very helpful and made sure we had everything we needed. The chalet was very clean and had all the amenities we needed for a comfortable stay. The fact that bread, butter, and milk were provided upon arrival was a nice touch.
There were a few flies in the chalet when we arrived, but we were able to get rid of most of them. The microwave switch was a bit loose and sparking, so we had to switch it off.

The location was perfect, with beautiful views and close proximity to local amenities. The staff was friendly and provided thoughtful touches like leaving bread, butter, and milk for our arrival.
Breakfast delights could be improved with better pest control measures in the kitchen to prevent the intrusion of ants onto the food.
